Personal data we process

DRAGEAU-IBERICA, S.L. may process the personal data that the user voluntarily provides through the website, forms, newsletter, chatbot, email or other enabled contact channels.

Depending on the channel used, we may process the following categories of data:

Purposes of processing

DRAGEAU-IBERICA, S.L. may process the user's personal data for the following purposes:

4.1. Handling enquiries and requests

We will process the data provided through contact forms, email, phone, Google Forms, chatbot or other channels to respond to enquiries, commercial requests, technical questions or requests for information about our products and services.

Data received through the website's forms may be sent by email to info@drageauiberica.com or to other authorised internal email addresses of DRAGEAU-IBERICA, S.L.

4.2. Commercial and pre-contractual management

We may process the user's data to prepare quotations, analyse technical needs, assess the type of installation, follow up on requests, manage commercial proposals or initiate a possible contractual or professional relationship.

4.3. Management of customers, distributors and collaborators

DRAGEAU-IBERICA, S.L. may process personal data to manage relationships with customers, potential customers, distributors, sales representatives, installers, collaborators, suppliers and other professional contacts linked to its activity.

The user must not enter sensitive data, unnecessary confidential information or third-party data without sufficient authorisation into the chatbot.

  • Data necessary to comply with legal obligations will be retained for the periods required by the applicable regulations.

  • Advisors, consultants, financial institutions, administrative providers or management companies when necessary for the company's ordinary activity.
  • Public administrations, courts, tribunals, law enforcement agencies or competent authorities when there is a legal obligation.

When such third parties act as data processors, DRAGEAU-IBERICA, S.L. shall endeavour to enter into the contracts or guarantees required by the applicable regulations.

International data transfers

Some providers used by the website may be located outside the European Economic Area or carry out processing that involves international data transfers.

This may occur, among others, with tools such as Google, Meta, YouTube, Google Maps, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, OpenAI, Brevo, Vercel, IONOS or other technology providers, depending on their configuration, server location, sub-processors or terms of service.

Where international data transfers occur, they shall be carried out in accordance with the guarantees provided for in the applicable regulations, such as adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission or other legally valid mechanisms.

The user may exercise the following rights regarding data protection:

  • Right of access: obtain confirmation as to whether DRAGEAU-IBERICA, S.L. processes personal data concerning them and access such data.
  • Right to rectification: request the correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Right to erasure: request the deletion of their data when, among other reasons, it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.

Newsletter and unsubscribing from commercial communications

Chatbot and artificial intelligence

The website may incorporate a chatbot based on automation tools such as n8n and artificial intelligence services such as OpenAI.

The purpose of the chatbot is to guide the user, answer general questions, provide information about products or services, collect requests and, where appropriate, forward them to the relevant DRAGEAU-IBERICA, S.L. team.

The responses generated by the chatbot are for informational and guidance purposes. They do not replace personalised technical advice nor do they constitute a binding contractual offer.

Conversations may be retained to handle the request, carry out follow-up, improve system operation, resolve incidents and optimise response quality.

The user must not enter sensitive data, unnecessary confidential information, third-party data without authorisation or information that is not relevant to the enquiry into the chatbot.

Google Forms

DRAGEAU-IBERICA, S.L. may use forms created through Google Forms to collect requests, registrations, enquiries, questionnaire responses or other types of information voluntarily provided by the user.

When the user completes a Google Form, the data may be processed by Google in accordance with its own terms and policies, in addition to being processed by DRAGEAU-IBERICA, S.L. for the purpose indicated in each form.
